This position focuses on building and integrating mission-critical components for advanced defense systems. Role overview

The Final Integration Technician will fabricate pilot and pre-production assemblies, working with high-voltage power systems and complex electromechanical assemblies. The role requires managing assigned projects independently and adapting to changing priorities each day. Attention to cleanliness and safety is essential, following 5S practices and company protocols.

What you will do

  • Fabricate assemblies using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for key components, including high-voltage and electromechanical systems.
  • Manage projects independently and adjust to shifting daily tasks.
  • Maintain workspace organization and safety through 5S best practices and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Conduct line trials for new products and processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
  • Identify assembly challenges, support process improvements, and lead Kaizen events when needed.
  • Assemble hardware for test stands, ensuring thorough documentation for both components and full assemblies.
  • Perform teardown and validation testing for new equipment and testers across production lines.
  • Support engineers in diagnosing quality issues and test failures.
  • Mentor production associates and provide on-the-job training.
  • Carry out self-inspections and in-process checks to confirm quality compliance.
