Job Summary:
The Field Service Support Specialist plays a vital role in providing administrative and management support to IEM's field service management team. This position involves coordinating field service operations, managing essential documentation, assisting in scheduling field service technicians, and maintaining internal NICET certifications for the FS department. The specialist will manage NICET test preparations and ensure technicians meet their test schedules. Regular interactions with various departments, vendors, customers, and other IEM manufacturing facilities are integral to this role. The specialist will closely collaborate with the Field Service Senior Director and liaise with purchasing and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts to customer sites. Follow-up on closeout documentation from field technicians and ensuring successful uploads to our internal ERP and CRM systems are key responsibilities. The role also includes assisting management in generating monthly financial reports regarding field services' financial performance for completed projects, creating PowerPoint presentations, and undertaking other duties as assigned by supervisors.
