About the Role

As a Field Recruiter, you will take charge of the complete recruiting cycle for our field operations. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and regional leaders, you will attract and onboard qualified candidates that will bolster our business growth and performance.

  • This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity with excellent prospects for long-term career advancement within our Talent Acquisition team.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field positions, from requisition intake to offer acceptance

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and regional leaders to define hiring needs and priorities

  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals

  • Maintain active candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demands

  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and assist in decision-making for hiring

  • Ensure a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience

  • Keep accurate records of candidate data and activities within the ATS

  • Assist with hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as necessary

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume setting

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Highly organized with the capability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby experience is a plus)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
