We are excited to invite applications for the role of Field Marketing Manager to lead our lead generation efforts in Raleigh. This dynamic position requires an innovative leader to drive field marketing initiatives that resonate with our corporate objectives while nurturing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement effective field marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates, fostering sales growth in line with corporate objectives.
- Team Development: Mentor and lead a team of field marketing professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and teamwork across multiple locations.
- Market Analysis: Evaluate market trends and customer insights to refine promotional strategies, boost customer engagement, and optimize lead generation initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for field marketing activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable returns on investment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure alignment of field initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and reporting on all field marketing activities, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance future campaigns.
- Process Improvement: Assess workflows and implement enhancements to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of field operations.
- Location Selection: Identify and choose retail locations that will effectively support brand initiatives and maximize market impact.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring effective management of contracts and collaborative efforts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation is based on experience; starting at $55,000 with bonus eligibility.
