As a FAP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving challenges within the paint manufacturing process, ensuring that we meet high-quality standards while enhancing production efficiency. Your responsibilities will include analyzing process data, troubleshooting issues, designing improvements, and partnering with Quality and Production teams to uphold consistent quality and adhere to product specifications.

The FAP Engineer is tasked with improving and optimizing the paint application process while tackling production challenges.

What you’ll do

Contribute to our mission to revolutionize the electric pickup truck and rugged SUV market by:

Process Improvement & Problem Solving:

  • Identify and troubleshoot constraints in manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions for process deviations and enhance paint application techniques.
  • Work closely with the quality team to maintain our high standards throughout production.

Process Monitoring & Data Analysis:

  • Monitor essential process variables and gather data related to paint application.
