As a key representative of the Center, the Navigator assists participants in accessing various resources, including showers, lockers, pantry services, grooming, clothing, laundry access, and wifi. Additionally, the Navigator serves as a vital link, connecting participants with case managers, job development specialists, housing specialists, and other community partners who provide essential services onsite. Regular wellness checks will also be performed to ensure the safety of participants while they are at the Center. Work schedules may require weekend shifts and can vary, including nontraditional hours.

Your role will involve coordinating communication and collaboration with city officials and partner organizations, including the Lower Polk Navigation Center, HSH, and DPH, as outlined in partnership agreements.
