This position requires providing leadership and direction for GLIDE’s families and staff in the following areas: 1) Developing and implementing family programming to foster and maintain high levels of family participation, 2) Overseeing outreach and programming for GLIDE services, 3) Enhancing agency integration through programmatic collaboration by offering a diverse range of services for families, and 4) Ensuring that family programming is culturally attuned to the needs of the community. The FRC Manager should be flexible and willing to occasionally work non-traditional hours, including early evenings, holidays, and weekends.
