Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail. Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Membership in a recognized professional quantity surveying organization is advantageous.

Collaborating with project teams, contractors, and clients, you will provide precise cost estimations and manage financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for façade-related projects.
  • Perform thorough quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and foster vendor relationships to achieve optimal value.
  • Track project progress and deliver regular financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and manage contract variations and claims.
  • Engage in project meetings, contributing insights on cost management strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards in all cost management activities.
