Your daily responsibilities will include performing diagnostics (all certifications) on-site and conducting sampling.Required Certifications: Asbestos (with or without mention), Energy Performance Diagnostics (with or without mention), Lead (PEMD would be a plus).Your daily tasks will revolve around three main areas:Conducting diagnostics and sampling on construction sitesYou will carry out interventions and perform geometric surveys on-site (Your intervention planning will be managed by your client relations officer using a tool designed to optimize your routes.)You may need to conduct a document review (previous diagnostics, plans, quotes, etc.)You will create sketches and plans as necessary for the diagnostics.You will define the sampling strategy and carry out the sampling if required, ensuring the samples are sent to laboratories.You will receive the results, draft corresponding reports, and recommend corrective actions to be taken.You will collect documents related to Energy Performance Diagnostics (residential, tertiary, or building) and write the Energy Performance reports after calculations using certified software.2. Ensuring Quality of Your MissionYou will identify non-compliance or risk-generating factors during your diagnostics.You will draft and verify reports within the deadlines.You will adhere to internal procedures.You will comply with safety regulations.3.
