Glassmoon Services is seeking a Support Worker for our St Austell team. This role focuses on providing 24-hour support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities. The work involves empowering people to make real choices and gain independence. No two days are alike, and the team values dedication, compassion, and innovative thinking.
What You Will Do
- Support young people with complex needs in daily life and community integration
- Collaborate with professionals to help individuals achieve their goals
- Guide people in pursuing college, employment, recreation, and independent living
Pay and Compensation
- Hourly rate: £13.45 to £13.81, depending on qualifications
