Main Responsibilities Coordinate less-than-truckload (LTL), truckload, and expedited shipments, both inbound and outbound, using Acumatica and the Transportation Management System (TMS). Calculate and apply customer freight charges and carrier costs accurately in TMS and Acumatica. Provide timely LTL freight quotes to customers and the sales team by phone and email. Process production orders for truck shipments according to shipping lead times. Troubleshoot delivery challenges and develop solutions for urgent shipments. Assist with auditing carrier freight bills to ensure accuracy and control costs. Manage freight claims and support resolution as needed. Help with parcel shipment quoting and carrier invoice reviews. Enter international orders into online systems when required. Support the LTL Office and OS&D (Overages, Shortages, & Damages) Freight roles as needed.
