As a Hand Solder Rework Technician at Facility Gateway Critical Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the precision and quality of soldering and rework for electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs). This position demands a high level of expertise in both Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering, along with the capability to execute complex rework tasks that adhere to rigorous quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Execute hand soldering and rework of SMT components, including fine-pitch and passive components, utilizing a range of tools like soldering irons, hot air stations, and microscopes.Perform soldering of through-hole components, maintaining appropriate lead length, solder fillet, and joint integrity in compliance with IPC standards.Carry out rework on defective or damaged PCBs, including desoldering, component removal, trace repair, and pad repair.Inspect completed solder joints for quality assurance using magnification tools and adhering to IPC-A-610 or other industry standards.Interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions to ensure accurate component placement and soldering.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are functioning correctly.Collaborate effectively with quality control and engineering teams to identify and resolve soldering defects or issues.

Role Overview Parallel Employment seeks a Shipping and Logistics Support Specialist for its Oak Creek, WI location. This position supports the logistics department with a focus on clerical and administrative work related to shipping operations. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience. Main Responsibilities Coordinate less-than-truckload (LTL), truckload, and expedited shipments, both inbound and outbound, using Acumatica and the Transportation Management System (TMS). Calculate and apply customer freight charges and carrier costs accurately in TMS and Acumatica. Provide timely LTL freight quotes to customers and the sales team by phone and email. Process production orders for truck shipments according to shipping lead times. Troubleshoot delivery challenges and develop solutions for urgent shipments. Assist with auditing carrier freight bills to ensure accuracy and control costs. Manage freight claims and support resolution as needed. Help with parcel shipment quoting and carrier invoice reviews. Enter international orders into online systems when required. Support the LTL Office and OS&D (Overages, Shortages, & Damages) Freight roles as needed.
