Key Responsibilities:
- Course Development: Craft and develop effective learning programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT) sessions, and blended learning solutions utilizing established instructional design methodologies.
- Needs Analysis: Work with stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and align learning objectives with organizational goals.
- Content Creation: Produce clear, engaging, and interactive content such as written materials, presentations, quizzes, videos, and assessments, ensuring all materials are accessible and in line with industry best practices.
- LMS Management: Manage and track training content within the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), monitoring learner progress and assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Instructional Design Methods: Apply ADDIE or other instructional design models to create tailored learning solutions for various audiences.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Assess training program effectiveness through learner feedback and performance metrics, using insights to enhance course offerings.
- Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance, guiding trainers and departments on instructional best practices.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all learning materials meet relevant legal and organizational standards, including accessibility and data protection laws.
