Together, we will redefine the future of energy, for the world cannot afford to wait.Your Responsibilities:As the Production Supervisor, you will lead and nurture a skilled team of engineering and production technicians dedicated to the safe and efficient execution of low voltage assembly, integration, and testing across Helion's production and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing daily production schedules and floor operations, fostering technician development and training, and collaborating closely with Electrical Engineering and Production leadership to ensure consistent throughput, schedule adherence, and quality in all low voltage and testing activities. This role is based onsite at our Everett, WA facility and reports directly to the Production Manager.Your Key Duties Include:Overseeing day-to-day operations of a low voltage production team, including task assignments, adherence to schedules, and workload distribution.Taking ownership of throughput and schedule delivery for assigned builds across both production and development tasks.Supervising and mentoring a team engaged in PCBA assembly and rework, bench testing and debugging, data acquisition and instrumentation, controls, and diagnostics that facilitate machine operation, monitoring, and experimentation.Acting as the primary liaison between Electrical Engineering and low voltage technicians, effectively translating engineering objectives into actionable tasks while providing constructive feedback from the production floor.Developing and maintaining training programs, skills matrices, and onboarding pathways to support technician growth and enhance production scalability.
