As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will assume a pivotal leadership role in shaping the design, development, and enhancement of our web and mobile applications. You will primarily work with Ruby on Rails in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment, contributing to the creation of scalable, high-performance APIs and services while integrating with frontend components developed in React and React Native. Your leadership will drive architectural improvements and performance enhancements through active participation in code reviews, design discussions, and the continuous refinement of our development processes. Collaborating closely with our Data teams, you will craft data models that effectively satisfy both operational and analytical needs. Additionally, you will work alongside the DevOps team to leverage AWS for streamlined and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure deployment, ensuring our systems maintain high performance and resilience. A critical aspect of your role will involve implementing comprehensive monitoring and observability practices to ensure the availability, security, and scalability of our services.
You will engage closely with product teams to define project timelines, influence technical direction, and guide the team through complex design and architectural decisions, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in our development practices.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $160,000 - $180,000 based on experience and geographic location.
