Role Summary
In the role of Training Manager, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for the Sales and Operations teams at Go2Africa. Your training initiatives will encompass our proprietary systems, team processes, skills development, and service content, including destination-specific training.
You will be responsible for onboarding new employees as well as providing continuous development and remedial training for existing staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge of any updates or changes in relevant topics.
Furthermore, you will continuously evaluate training needs and adapt your delivery methods and content accordingly. This includes the creation and updating of all training materials, both new and existing.
You will report directly to the Sales Enablement Manager at Go2Africa and will collaborate closely with Group HR, Group Training, Sales Directors, Operations Managers, and other key stakeholders.
While primarily based at Go2Africa, this role may also require you to provide training to other companies within the Nawiri Group as needed.
