About the Role
Join a rapidly expanding international PropTech company as a proactive Growth Marketer, taking charge of our paid growth and performance marketing initiatives.
This position presents a unique chance to significantly impact our marketing strategy within a fast-paced growth environment. As the successful candidate, you will spearhead efforts to enhance customer acquisition, decrease customer acquisition costs (CAC), and substantially increase paid media expenditure while ensuring lead quality remains high. You will act as the primary driver of the growth marketing function, overseeing everything from strategic planning to execution, experimentation, measurement, and exploring new channels for expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Ownership of Paid Growth
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google, with the potential to explore additional channels.
- Scale marketing expenditure judiciously while enhancing CAC and sustaining lead quality.
- Design and implement structured experiments across various audiences, creative assets, offers, and landing pages.
Creative & Performance Strategy
- Develop and execute a performance-driven creative strategy utilizing various formats (UGC, product demonstrations, testimonials, and data-driven insights).
- Transform insights into actionable creative briefs and iterate quickly.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate the ideation process, creative development, and testing speed.
Measurement, Tracking & Insights
- Oversee tracking and attribution across the entire customer journey (including pixels, CAPI, GA4, GTM, events, and UTMs).
- Create dashboards to correlate expenditure with leads, qualified leads, and successful deals.
- Analyze performance across the funnel to drive improvements in landing pages, forms, messaging, and lead nurturing processes.
Channel & Growth Expansion
- Identify and experiment with new growth strategies beyond paid media (partnerships, referrals, lifecycle campaigns, and organic methods).
- Work closely with sales teams to enhance lead management, qualification processes, and feedback mechanisms.
- Continuously propose and validate new growth opportunities.
