Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance of all project documentation with company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).Efficiently distribute and monitor documents to guarantee that all relevant stakeholders have access to the most current versions of project documentation, including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports.Maintain and update essential project registers such as the document register, RFI register, action log, and issue log.Conduct analysis and summarize data extracted from various project logs, pinpointing outstanding actions or overdue items.Prepare regular reports to facilitate project tracking, encompassing document status updates and overdue reports.Ensure accurate document storage and version control in compliance with project procedures.Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure their documentation meets project standards.Support Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Health & Safety (HSE) initiatives by assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with document-related protocols.
