We are committed to excellence and innovation in the industry.We are seeking enthusiastic Production Support Associates to become integral members of our team, working a 4-day week that includes Friday through Monday. This rewarding role is essential to our production processes, ensuring our exceptional standards are consistently met while allowing for a favorable work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesWork 39 hours per week: 8 hours on Friday and Saturday, and 12 hours on Saturday and Sunday.Assist in the setup and operation of production machinery to ensure seamless shifts.Support production teams in meeting output targets through various operational tasks.Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to support safety and efficiency.Perform quality checks on products and report any discrepancies to supervisors for prompt resolution.Participate in training and development opportunities to contribute effectively to the team.Collaborate with coworkers to foster a friendly and efficient work environment.
