OmniConsult Corp seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the launch and ongoing management of a new customer program. Based in Washington D. C. or Virginia, this position is central to ensuring contractor performance, quality deliverables, and schedule adherence. The role involves significant leadership responsibility and operational oversight, managing complex requirements for government clients.
Security and Citizenship Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance required (TS/SCI preferred or ability to obtain SCI).
- U. S. citizenship is mandatory due to government contract requirements.
What You Will Do
- Direct the start-up and ongoing operations of a new customer program, meeting all requirements through each project phase.
- Hold primary accountability for team performance, deliverable quality, and schedule compliance.
- Represent the customer in executive meetings, coordinating efforts between internal teams and external partners.
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Draft, review, and manage documentation such as correspondence, reports, briefings, meeting notes, and presentations.
- Oversee team schedules, outgoing communications, and all program documentation.
- Maintain compliant and organized filing systems for both digital and physical records.
- Spot process gaps and drive improvements to streamline operations and eliminate redundancies.
- Set up and track performance metrics to ensure program success and compliance with requirements.
- Supervise the development and upkeep of internal and public website content, working closely with stakeholders.
