QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in testing electro-mechanical hardware devices. Proficient in executing verification testing and participating in the test design process. Ability to write test protocols and formally document results in comprehensive reports. Experience working within a structured quality system. Other QualificationsMaster’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with compliance and standards for medical devices. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Hardware Test Engineer to validate the Echo hardware systems. The ideal candidate will oversee testing of custom Echo hardware devices and subsystems, as well as lead the development and implementation of unique testing systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-house design verification testing.
  • Manage testing with external laboratories.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to create tailored testing protocols.
  • Work closely with design engineers to characterize custom hardware solutions.
  • Execute dry-run tests to ensure smooth transitions to vendors.
