Join our dynamic Data Team at g-mass as an Experienced Data Technician in our Data Partnering Services function. In this pivotal role, you will conduct meticulous reviews and analyses of transactional premium and claims data within client Policy Administration Systems (PAS).

Your expertise in data forensics will be essential as you reconcile, trace, and validate premium and claims movements across market systems, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of bureau data for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Technician, your oversight of Policy Administration for in-scope clients will include:

  • Reconciliation of Signed Premium against Written Premium
  • Review of USM paid claims versus SCM paid claims
  • Tracing of outstanding SCM claims
  • Tracking bureau messages through market systems (IMR, ECF)
  • Reviewing premium and claims bordereaux against PAS (where applicable)
  • Reconciling treaty statements to PAS (where applicable)
  • Resolving signing queries
  • Allocating Outwards RI USM
  • Conducting month-end close activities

Additional Responsibilities

  • Management review of bordereaux systems
  • Review of AMIS signed data
  • Collaboration with Claims teams for flash claims reporting and transaction follow-ups
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders on AMIS/PAS queries related to USM and SCM data
  • Participation in Data Working Groups
  • Engagement in BP2 project initiatives
  • Contributing to RFP processes for new client systems
