Role overview
The Executive Director of Strategy for LATAM is a senior leadership role based in Mexico City. This position shapes and advocates for the strategic vision and capabilities of WPP Media across Latin America. As part of the regional leadership team, the Executive Director promotes innovation, builds relationships with C-suite clients, and ensures WPP Media remains at the forefront of media and marketing strategy in a diverse and evolving marketplace.
Key responsibilities
- Define and champion strategic methodologies and best practices for WPP Media throughout the LATAM region.
- Lead long-term strategic planning for the agency’s client portfolio, identifying growth opportunities, market changes, and new business avenues.
- Translate regional business goals, market trends, and WPP’s global directives into actionable strategies.
- Play an active role in attracting new clients, collaborating with teams at global, regional, and local levels.
- Lead strategic responses and value propositions for prospective clients during new business pitches.
