Children's Community Charter School (CCCS) is a vibrant public charter school situated in Paradise, California, dedicated to serving students from transitional kindergarten through eighth grade. OPPORTUNITY
We invite applications for a unique leadership role for a seasoned, trauma-informed, mission-driven school leader to serve as both Executive Director and Principal of Children's Community Charter School. In this dual capacity, the chosen candidate will balance responsibilities across two intertwined roles. As Executive Director, you will act as the chief executive, reporting directly to the Governing Board, overseeing charter operations, compliance, fiscal management, personnel systems, and overall organizational effectiveness. As Principal, you will provide instructional leadership and manage daily school operations, including curriculum implementation, staff supervision and evaluation, student safety and discipline, fostering a positive school culture, and engaging with families and the community. This unique position allows the Executive Director/Principal to be the driving force behind advancing CCCS’s academic excellence, operational effectiveness, and whole-child mission with integrity and dedication.
