Your Role
We are seeking an Executive Compensation Lead to influence how OpenAI compensates its senior leadership. This pivotal individual contributor role will focus on executive compensation strategy, equity design, and governance within a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
In this position, you will work directly with senior leadership, Finance, Legal, and the Compensation Committee to architect and assess executive compensation frameworks, evaluate equity utilization and dilution, and provide support for crucial compensation decisions. You will take charge of comprehensive executive compensation analyses, including benchmarking, modeling, and crafting clear, board-ready materials that guide leadership and committee decisions.
This position is perfect for someone with extensive executive compensation expertise, strong analytical skills, and the capability to convert complex pay and governance considerations into actionable, decision-ready advice. This role reports directly to the Head of Equity Programs.
