Key Responsibilities
- Oversee calendar management, travel coordination, and scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Manage projects from inception to completion: tracking deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, and following up on outstanding tasks.
- Handle personal logistics in New York City: errands, appointments, and household management.
- Draft and manage communications, ensuring discretion and sound judgment in all interactions.
- Develop and maintain systems that align professional and personal commitments.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges before they escalate.
- Utilize AI tools to automate tasks, summarize information, and minimize low-value work.

- Discreet and trustworthy, capable of managing sensitive information.

- Located in NYC and available for in-person errands and support as needed.

Position Details
- Location: New York City
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Work Style: On-site
- Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience
- Comprehensive health coverage including $0 deductible medical, vision, and dental insurance
- 401(k) plan with 5% matching
- Three weeks of paid time off, plus federal holidays. Additional time off is managed directly with the executive.
