About You:5+ years of experience providing support to a CEO or senior C-suite executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with senior leaders, board members, and external partners. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with sound judgment. High level of discretion and professionalism when managing confidential information. Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and a quick adaptability to new tools.

The Role: As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary strategic and administrative partner to the CEO, expertly managing a complex and dynamic calendar for various stakeholders.
  • Proactively prioritize, coordinate, and safeguard the CEO’s time, ensuring alignment with company objectives and critical decision points.
  • Lead meeting preparations and follow-ups, including agenda creation, briefing material preparation, note-taking, and action item tracking.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for the CEO, handling incoming requests with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
  • Assist in the preparation for board meetings, executive leadership sessions, and external presentations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and trust.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Team, and key cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless execution of CEO priorities.
