Required Skills & Qualifications:2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative capacity. Strong proficiency in travel planning, including knowledge of global travel requirements. Expertise in scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook) and booking systems for flights, hotels, and transport. Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in managing schedules and travel plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting confidently with senior stakeholders. Problem-solving ability with a flexible approach to changing priorities. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to senior leadership in managing daily operations. This role focuses on travel planning, scheduling, and efficient booking systems. If you excel in a dynamic environment and possess exceptional attention to detail, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, arranging meetings and appointments across various time zones to maximize efficiency.
  • Handle comprehensive travel arrangements, including domestic and international itineraries, flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing.
  • Leverage various booking systems and tools to ensure cost-effective travel plans that comply with company policies.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively to minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Prepare for meetings through drafting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and itineraries in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation and data management as required.
