The Executive Assistant will join the Office of the CEO in San Francisco, working closely with CEO Tomer and supporting the company’s ongoing growth. This position involves direct collaboration with customers, internal teams, and investors, offering a front-row seat to high-level business decisions and daily operations.
What you will do
- Organize and execute team events, offsites, and in-office gatherings.
- Manage communications for the CEO, determining when to escalate issues or address them independently.
- Support ad hoc projects spanning recruiting, legal, finance, and business operations.
- Oversee complex calendar management, prioritization, and scheduling for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate travel logistics for team members and prospective candidates.
- Manage daily office operations, including vendor relationships and supply management.
