Your Role

The Event Technology Manager will play a crucial role in managing all technological components of event registration. This includes overseeing registration websites, managing databases, and resolving technical issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency. You will also provide essential support to the event delivery team during event coordination.

Travel for on-site events, both domestic and international, will be required as needed.

Your Responsibilities

  • Guide user experience for registration processes for both virtual and in-person events.
  • Lead the implementation and project management of event registration platforms, app development, and all tech-related aspects of events.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Manage client communications, including save-the-dates, invitations, registrations, and confirmations.
  • Ensure database integrity, manage data entry, and prepare lists as requested.
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients, addressing inquiries within established service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Event Delivery team on logistics, production, and overall event execution.
  • Organize materials for events, such as name badges, tent cards, agendas, and signage.
  • Design and optimize registration desk flow.
  • Act as the primary contact for attendee management and technology vendors throughout pre-event and event execution phases.
  • Assist clients with event-related information and coordination.
  • Develop and distribute post-event surveys to clients.
  • Provide data analytics and insights on event registration and performance.
