Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Team Lead based in Europe to take the helm of our operations from our London office. In this influential leadership position, you will directly oversee the European People Operations team while acting as a mentor and expert resource for the global People Operations organization.
You will be a proactive leader, ready to engage with challenges head-on—whether resolving critical employee escalations or designing scalable processes for the entire region. Your deep understanding of European employment law, combined with your passion for leveraging AI and automation, will establish you as the key leader driving operational excellence across our organization.
This role demands an individual comfortable navigating ambiguity, building foundational processes while addressing daily challenges, and effectively collaborating with leadership at all levels. You will blend strategic insights with hands-on execution, leading by example and uplifting your team while mentoring colleagues worldwide.
