Job Summary

As an Estimator at Advanced-Dri, you will play a key role in delivering precise estimating and data management services for our organization. Your primary objective will be to develop detailed and accurate estimates that align with client expectations while maximizing job-level gross profits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and refine project scope documentation.
  • Oversee and manage resources and dashboards on Docusketch.
  • Maintain photo documentation resources.
  • Evaluate losses and create detailed Xactimate documentation.
  • Obtain approvals from adjusters, carriers, and clients.
  • Exceed TPA timeframes and performance expectations.
  • Update TPA dashboards with relevant triggers associated with estimating services.
  • Upload completed estimates and invoice packages into Xactanalysis and/or DASH.
  • Document notes and tasks related to estimating within DASH.
  • Provide timely supplements and/or change orders as requested by field staff.

Work Environment

This position is primarily based in office and administrative settings.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.

Travel Requirements

Some travel outside the immediate operating area may be necessary.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
