Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, troubleshoot, and sustain ERP interface software, ensuring seamless integration of our Payment Suite with client systems across various ERP platforms, including but not limited to Ellucian, PeopleSoft, and Oracle.
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting and debugging for the payment services product and client system configurations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and deployment teams, providing technical guidance to address client concerns efficiently.
  • Engage directly with ERP and third-party consultants to extend and support our product offerings.
  • Design and implement electronic billing templates in collaboration with deployment and support teams.
  • Assist in creating XSL templates to display real-time data for students.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Transact Payments product suite and its integration packages.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new interface and product enhancements.
  • Help maintain and update documentation regarding the product suite and integration packages for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical insights during pre-deployment and deployment phases, including participation in scheduling, technical overviews, and project discussions. May attend sales calls to offer technical support as needed.
