Join our dynamic team as an Equity Derivatives Operations Analyst at fuku, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our Wealth Management Clients. This position is integral to the Dealing Desk and Front Office Relationship teams, ensuring the seamless processing of settlements, trade confirmations, and the overall lifecycle management of Equity and OTC Derivatives transactions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently processing a variety of Equity/OTC derivatives such as equity, bonds, indices, exotic options, and interest rate swaps.
- Matching, sorting, and verifying trade confirmations against daily trader reports, promptly addressing any discrepancies with the advisory desk, counterparties, and front office.
- Overseeing periodic fixing events and settlements from options exercised, including interest payments.
- Creating SWIFT payments and investigating reconciliation breaks in nostro and securities.
- Monitoring short sell securities positions and ensuring timely updates to control reports for failed or late trades.
- Ensuring appropriate management approval for special waivers and maintaining the waiver file.
- Updating and managing internal master records for newly initiated trades and tracking confirmation receipts.
- Responding to queries from front office teams and counterparties.
- Participating in User-Acceptance-Testing and various ad-hoc projects.
- Verifying transaction confirmations from counterparties and preparing manual confirmations for clients.
- Monitoring daily margins for Listed Options to ensure custodial funds are adequate.
