Join our innovative team as an Environmental Foreman, where you will take the lead in delivering impactful construction projects while overseeing the work of skilled subcontractors. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring effective communication among the Project Manager, clients, agency representatives, and subcontractors, guaranteeing that projects remain on schedule and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Briefings: Conduct engaging tailgate meetings each day, discussing site hazards and promoting safe practices, ensuring all team members are equipped with the necessary PPE.
  • Safety First: Facilitate daily Permit to Work/AHA discussions, emphasizing the day's tasks and associated risks.
  • Team Coordination: Review specific assignments with crew members to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily inspections of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed daily logs and field notes to monitor progress and address challenges.
  • Subcontractor Management: Schedule and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely project advancement.
  • Material Planning: Assess material requirements and manage delivery schedules to sustain workflow.
  • Reporting: Generate daily reports on labor, utilization of equipment, material consumption, and production for precise cost tracking.
  • Budget Oversight: Collaborate with the Project Manager to analyze budgets against actual expenditures and production metrics.
  • Change Management: Quickly identify and manage change order conditions.
  • Health & Safety: Conduct health and safety activities to foster a secure work environment.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the project's overall success.
