In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings for our sales team, and supporting our overall sales initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to kickstart their careers in sales and customer relations. While a college degree is not a prerequisite, exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for sales are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, gaining insights into their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly and effectively addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Account Coordination: Assist in managing client accounts, including setting up new accounts, processing renewals, and ensuring all client information is current.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Reporting: Compile and present regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to meet client needs.
  • Client Onboarding: Aid in onboarding new clients, providing essential resources and information to facilitate their start.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and relay client feedback to enhance our services and client experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong aptitude for understanding and fulfilling client needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing and effectively resolving client issues.
  • Time Management: Proficient in managing time and meeting deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing applications is a bonus.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
