Desired Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of progressively complex sales experience with a solid track record of initiating and closing deals. Demonstrated ability to drive client outreach initiatives with persistence and influence to generate direct revenue. Proficient in selling Payroll and Mass Payments solutions. Skilled in managing lengthy sales cycles (6-12 months) and effectively nurturing leads. Capable of conducting discovery meetings using consultative questioning, active listening, and a 'challenger' mindset to guide discussions. Effective collaborator with stakeholders to ensure the necessary resources and expertise are available during client pitches and nurturing processes. Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at working in multicultural environments. Possesses a hunter mentality with a natural ability to initiate discussions with both cold and warm prospects. A self-starter capable of independently developing a sales pipeline.

Enterprise Sales Executive - Payroll / Mass Payments

We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to significantly contribute to the expansion of our client base across Asia. This position is based in our Singapore office. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of cultivating enterprise clients and developing tailored, intricate mass payment solutions to fulfill diverse client needs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of mass payment infrastructures (e.g., CIPS, CHATS, SWIFT, FX management, API integrations) and how these can produce efficient and scalable results for our clients. You will be tasked with generating and promoting demand across various industry sectors, including Payroll, Insurance, Pension, and Expense Management, for our mass payments services.

The Enterprise Sales Executive will play a crucial role as an individual contributor, coordinating sales efforts with internal support and technical teams, and engaging at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
