What You'll DoStrategic Enablement Planning: Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Development, and other essential stakeholders to comprehend enterprise sales priorities, identify skill and knowledge gaps, and develop a comprehensive enablement strategy that aligns with broader business objectives. Content Development & Curation: Design and curate high-impact sales materials, including presentations, pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, product updates, and competitive intelligence tailored for enterprise-level discussions. Ensure that all content is easily accessible, current, and consistent with brand messaging. Program Design & Delivery: Design, create, and implement engaging and effective enablement programs, such as comprehensive onboarding, product training, sales process workshops, advanced sales skills development, and tools training. Employ a variety of delivery methods, including live sessions, virtual training, self-paced modules, and on-demand resources. Sales Process Optimization: Gain a deep understanding of the enterprise sales process, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancement.

About the Role

We are in the process of developing a top-tier Sales organization, and as the Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic Enterprise Sales team. Your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, and delivering impactful programs, content, and resources that empower our enterprise sales professionals to effectively engage with large, complex accounts and drive substantial revenue growth. By leveraging your extensive knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, methodologies, and best practices, you will create scalable and measurable enablement solutions. This strategic position requires strong collaboration, exceptional project management abilities, and a genuine passion for equipping sales teams to realize their full potential.
