Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Prospecting & Demand GenerationTargeted Outbound Efforts: Execute consistent outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn targeting selected enterprise accounts. Account Analysis: Research industry processes, existing CRM settings, and potential challenges before outreach. Brand-Independent Selling: Build credibility for our rapidly growing AI-native CRM without relying on brand recognition. Structured Qualification & Demo SchedulingDiscovery Conversations: Lead initial discussions to evaluate urgency, budget, decision-making authority, and business challenges. Intent Assessment: Differentiate between exploratory conversations and genuine buying interest. Comprehensive Handover: Provide Account Executives with detailed context, including stakeholder identification and pain point analysis. Engagement with Multiple StakeholdersMapping the Buying Committee: Identify decision-makers, advocates, obstacles, and technical reviewers early on. Senior-Level Interaction: Engage confidently with Sales Heads, Revenue Operations Leaders, CIOs, and Founders. Meeting Facilitation: Drive urgency and secure definitive next steps rather than passive follow-ups. Execution Discipline & Pipeline ManagementConsistent Activity: Maintain a high volume of personalized outreach daily. CRM Accuracy: Ensure precise records of outreach efforts, responses, and qualification details. Conversion Enhancement: Continuously optimize the process from connection to meeting to sales-qualified lead.

weekday-1 is hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This full-time position plays a central part in outbound sales, connecting with key decision-makers and helping drive company growth.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with founders and the enterprise sales team to identify and prioritize target accounts
  • Qualify prospects and coordinate high-quality product demonstrations
  • Support the overall sales strategy by building relationships with enterprise clients

Who We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales role
  • Background in SaaS or service sales preferred
  • Understanding of enterprise purchasing processes
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹600,000 - ₹1,000,000 (INR 6 - 10 LPA)
