Position Summary: Manager, Enterprise Risk
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Manager of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to enhance our growing risk function at Gemini. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of our enterprise-wide risk management program that harmonizes the rigor of conventional financial services risk management with the fast-paced, evolving world of digital assets and cryptocurrency markets.
Your role will involve collaboration across various functions including Compliance, Finance, Technology, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure that risk is effectively identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated in accordance with regulatory expectations and organizational strategy.
This position requires in-person attendance at our New York City office twice a week.
