Implementation at Brex
Our Implementation team is pivotal in transforming new clients into proficient users of the Brex Empower platform. We oversee the onboarding process for businesses transitioning from outdated systems to a modern, employee-centric approach. This multifaceted role requires a blend of customer empathy, project management skills, technical knowledge, process design expertise, and change management capabilities. We take personal responsibility for the long-term success of our clients, ensuring that they are thoroughly equipped to enjoy a lasting partnership with Brex. As strategic advisors, we build trust, tackle challenges with determination, deliver swift results, and collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth adoption experience for our customers.
What you’ll do
In the role of Enterprise Implementation Consultant, you will act as a strategic partner for our largest clients, guiding them through a successful implementation of the Brex platform. You will function as a hybrid coach, project manager, and product specialist, focusing on driving product adoption, delivering continuous business value, and assisting clients in transforming their financial workflows.
Where you’ll work
This position is based in our New York City office, operating within a hybrid work model that combines the vibrancy of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office each week, specifically Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, this will increase to three days in the office—Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. As an additional benefit, you will also have the opportunity to work remotely for up to four weeks each year!
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end global enterprise implementations and launches, including scoping customer outcomes, developing project plans, and mobilizing resources.
