Your Role
We are seeking a driven Enterprise Demand Generation Manager to develop and expand our enterprise pipeline initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a track record of designing, executing, and enhancing programs that effectively generate leads and establish sustainable systems for ongoing success.
You will be responsible for enterprise campaigns and experiments across multiple channels, collaborating closely with our Sales and Revenue Development teams to cultivate and advance our pipeline.
This role is not just about managing campaigns; it’s about creating a robust system for generating demand consistently.
We are looking for an AI-savvy professional who is curious, experimental, and eager to leverage AI technologies to accelerate program development, test new ideas, and amplify overall impact.
Location: New York City | Hybrid | 3 days in-office per week

Responsibilities
Lead Enterprise Demand Generation
Oversee the performance and effectiveness of enterprise pipeline programs
Plan and execute demand generation initiatives across various channels (ABM, paid media, content marketing, partnerships)
Prioritize strategies that drive tangible pipeline outcomes rather than mere engagement metrics
Utilize AI technologies to enhance program creation, targeting, and performance analysis
Establish clear performance metrics and maintain a consistent review rhythm
