Role Overview
Our Growth and Business team at Apna is responsible for driving user and revenue growth metrics across all business lines, catering to both candidates and employers. This team has been instrumental in Apna's rapid ascent to becoming a leading market player, surpassing multiple established competitors within 18 months of our product launch. We have accomplished this by effectively managing various short- and long-term strategies, including marketing initiatives, sales efforts, search engine optimization, app store optimization, product modifications, and strategic partnerships. We are excited to welcome new team members who can enhance our existing capabilities and contribute to Apna's next phase of swift business growth and product innovation.
About the Position
