As a Business Development Representative on our North American Enterprise team, you will be a pivotal force in driving Docebo’s global growth. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will assist large organizations in transforming their training programs from a tedious obligation into a competitive edge through cutting-edge AI solutions. By building trust with senior stakeholders, you will not only help fill the sales pipeline but also introduce these enterprises to innovative methods for employee development and success.
Daily Responsibilities:
Strategic Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders within our Ideal Customer Profile to ensure we connect with organizations that will gain the most from Docebo.
Engaging Messaging: Develop and deliver impactful, compelling narratives that cut through the clutter and ignite interest in the future of learning.
Proficient Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, employing active listening and relationship-building techniques to convert cold leads into warm prospects.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies, maximizing our outreach efforts.
