What to Expect? Deepen your knowledge of customers, industry trends, and Contentful’s solution offerings. Effectively manage campaigns and reach out to new prospects. Engage in lead generation activities, including strategic research on LinkedIn and other prospecting tools, outbound calling, emailing, and social outreach. Provide weekly activity reports to sales leadership. Collaborate with assigned Account Executives, ensuring the handoff of qualified prospects. Educate Account Executives on the complete qualification meeting details (SLAs). Consistently meet or exceed opportunity and pipeline targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Build relationships with decision-makers and key executives across various industries.

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers and potential prospects, embodying the Contentful brand. You will gain valuable experience by interacting with customers across various industries and collaborating closely with assigned Regional Sales Executives to pursue new business opportunities.
