What You'll DoLead the entire sales cycle for enterprise accounts, encompassing self-sourced prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, closures, and renewals. Develop a robust sales pipeline by identifying and engaging key enterprise decision-makers (CROs, VPs of Sales, RevOps, and Finance leaders) within complex, high-volume sales organizations. Conduct consultative discovery sessions to grasp how prospects currently manage quoting, pricing approvals, and deal desk workflows, directly relating Roadrunner's value to their challenges. Negotiate and secure 6- and 7-figure ACV deals, adeptly navigating procurement, legal, and finance stakeholders with efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate closely with the founding team to refine our sales approach, enhance our ideal customer profile (ICP), and establish the playbooks that will define Roadrunner's market strategy. Work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to enable seamless transitions and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. Provide structured market and customer insights to the product team to inform and shape our roadmap.
