Role overview
The Enterprise Account Executive will work from London, focusing on driving adoption of Fin among large enterprise organizations. This position centers on helping businesses scale their support operations through advanced AI solutions. The role is part of a collaborative sales team and provides the opportunity to shape how major companies approach customer support.
What you will do
- Promote AI solutions: Guide enterprise clients as they adopt Fin to automate and expand their support services.
- Manage full sales cycle: Lead every stage of the sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals, using a consultative approach.
- Act as customer advocate: Represent client needs internally by working with Product, Marketing, and other teams to refine AI offerings.
- Deliver custom demonstrations: Create and present tailored demos that highlight Fin’s capabilities and business value.
- Drive revenue: Provide accurate forecasts and keep the team informed about pipeline and progress.
- Support team success: Mentor teammates, share effective sales practices, and contribute to projects that improve team performance.
