Key Skills and Requirements:A minimum of 4-7 years of successful sales experience in a relevant role. Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions in the $100k-$1M+ ARR range, specifically to UK and/or EMEA clients and/or Fortune 2000 companies. Experience within the legal sector is advantageous but not mandatory. Comfortable engaging in both inside and field sales, with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently. A genuine curiosity and passion for our product, mission, and the industry landscape. A commitment to transforming how companies and legal departments manage contracts. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, industriousness, and humility. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a holistic view of projects and objectives. Strong communication skills and a consistent follow-through on commitments to clients. Collaborative spirit with a desire to take ownership of initiatives beyond just closing deals. Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn.
