Join Abnormal AI as an Enterprise Account Executive based in Brisbane, Australia. Our dedicated sales team focuses on acquiring new business for Abnormal’s expanding client base. This dynamic full-cycle sales position requires you to manage the entire deal lifecycle, from initial prospecting to closing, for accounts within your assigned territory. We seek a proactive candidate with a strong passion for cybersecurity, a proven track record in team selling, and the determination to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Abnormal's security solutions within your designated territory, aiming to exceed annual recurring revenue targets.
- Engage with enterprise accounts (organizations with over 3,000 mailboxes) from initial discussions through contract signing and upselling opportunities.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with enterprise accounts to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to facilitate timely renewals and identify expansion sales opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of results and ensure data accuracy across all sales platforms (Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan).
- Act as the customer’s advocate within internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing, to prioritize initiatives that drive revenue growth.
