Position: Enterprise Account Executive, Manufacturing

Join Hitachi Solutions as an Enterprise Account Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence through comprehensive customer engagement. This position emphasizes the development of sales opportunities across all Microsoft solution areas, including Business Applications (Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 for ERP and CRM, Power Platform, and Customer Insights) as well as Microsoft Azure solutions encompassing Data and Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, and Modern Solutions. We seek a self-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at building robust relationships within a diverse clientele.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.
- Leading collaborative efforts among team members, including sales specialists, pre-sales engineers, industry directors, and leadership throughout the sales process.
- Formulating strategic account, territory, and opportunity plans to meet annual sales objectives.
- Fostering deep relationships with Microsoft’s field teams to identify co-selling leads and collaborative opportunities.
- Participating in marketing and lead generation initiatives, including company-sponsored events (e.g., webinars), and industry partner events (e.g., Microsoft Ignite), while driving direct client acquisition efforts.
- Building and sustaining relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in both business and IT sectors.
- Regularly managing, reporting, and forecasting business performance to ensure predictable outcomes.
