Your Impact
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to focus on the US and LATAM markets. This role demands a deep understanding of crypto infrastructure use cases alongside a strong history of successfully closing complex deals within the financial sector. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our presence among significant financial institutions and promoting the adoption of our infrastructure and compliance solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Lead both outbound and inbound sales efforts within the US and LATAM markets; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
Establish trust and credibility with C-level executives.
Collaborate closely with Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless transitions and expansions.
Engage with Product and Leadership to provide insights for shaping the enterprise roadmap.
Educate clients on the significance of compliance in cryptocurrency transactions (Travel Rule, VASPs).
Maintain a disciplined enterprise pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure clean deal hygiene in HubSpot to support sustainable growth.
Represent Notabene at industry events, conferences, and private meetings (travel may be required).
Your Qualifications
Demonstrated success in sales, with a strong background in the financial sector.
Proven ability to close complex deals and drive adoption of innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives.
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
